Maalaea harbor is centrally located on Maui and a great location to depart for any fishing trip. This particular fishing tour will find you aboard a 43' Delta boat for six hours. On traveling out to sea for the bottom fishing portion as well as the return, you have the option to rig for trolling and potentially catch some big game including yellowfin and skipjack tuna, marlin, ono, and the ever popular mahi mahi.

Bottom fishing locations are about an hour's travel to sea. The captain will select a location (or more if needed) that should produce the best catches. Some species of fish you could expect to catch during your bottom fishing time would include trevallys, wrasses, sea bass, a variety of snappers and every once and a while, a shark.
