Watch Hawaii's gentle giants, the Humpback Whales, our yearly visitors, on an uncrowded setting, aboard one of Hawaii Ocean Rafting vessels, where you'll get to the whales quickly and have an upclose encounter that is bound to be the highlight of your Maui vacation! In addition to whale watching, you will have the opportunity to encounter several other marine species, such as our year-around residents, the Spinner and Bottom-nose Dolphins, not to mention the Honu (green sea turtle).

Activity Details

Your 2-hour cruise will depart from the convenience of Lahaina Harbor, located in the heart of Historical Lahaina Town, so you can combine a little shopping and dining, before or after your cruise. 

Since you'll be riding on a fast ocean raft, you'll get to the whales quicker than the bigger catamarans, carrying 100+ passengers.  You'll get to share your adventure with a maximum of 15 other lucky participants, so don't worry,no matter where you're seated, you'll have the best seat in town! You're in for such a treat, as you get up close to the whales at eye level, for that perfect picture you're hoping to take.
Additional Information

Due to the nature of this boat ride, we do not recommend it for children under 5 or for those who have had a recent surgery, have neck, back or other injuries.
Women who are pregnant may not participate.
