This one-of-a-kind sightseeing tour will pick you up at your hotel or condo and take you for a beautiful ride through Maui's Upcountry, all they way to the summit of the "House of the Sun", for an unforgettable time!

Those who don't want to miss a visit to Hawaii's #1 visitor destination but also can't see themselves sacrificing one of their precious vacation nights, getting up at 2 AM in order to watch the sunrise, can now opt for this unique sightseeing tour of Haleakala Crater and enjoy a beautiful mountain top sunset instead!
Your tour will come and get you at your hotel or condo and leisurely take you through the Central and Upcountry Maui areas. On your way you'll get to stop at the famous Kula Lodge Marketplace, enjoy their beautiful views of Maui's south shores and browse their unique local crafts, before heading up Haleakala Crater Road and its hairpin turns to your second stop, which will be at 7,000 feet, at the Haleakala Ranger Station. Next, it's  all the way up to the rim of the crater, at 9,740 feet, at the Haleakala Visitor Center. There you'll get views of the sun as it sets in the horizon causing drastic changes to the colors of the crater.  This is a one-of-a-kind experience!

IMPORTANT RESTRICTIONS


Due to high altitudes, rough and winding roads, this tour is not recommended for those with heart or respiratory conditions, pregnant women and very small children. Scuba divers must wait at least 24 hours after their last dive before visiting Haleakala Crater.

This tour offers pick up at all major hotels and condominiums in Kahului, South and West Mauis.  Those staying in Upcountry (Paia, Haiku, Makawao) will need to be picked up at the Maui Lani Golf Course, where the tour will end, after dinner.

Our agents will advise you of the exact time and location of your pick up, so please be sure to add your hotel/condo name as well as a phone number while in Hawaii, when placing your order.

What to wear: We recommend wearing layers (jacket, long pants, closed toe shoes) as temperatures at the summit are 30 degrees cooler than at sea level. 

This tour reinforces a 48-hour cancellation policy.  NO REFUNDS will be issued for NO-SHOWS, no exceptions!
