The East side features the Hana Rainforest and Haleakala Crater. There you'll get to climb above central Maui and ascend the world's largest dormant volcano, Haleakala (Literally "house of the sun") and discover its immense moonlike crater with pure iron oxide cinder cones towering over 1,100 feet tall. See Kaupo and Ko'olau Gaps, the huge lava flows from the crater to the sea. Hana's nearly uninhabited "back side" is home of the "Seven Pools" and Lindberg's grave. The Hana Rain Forest extends for over 180 square miles along Maui's northern coast and is the largest tropical rain forest in our nation.

DVD Video: Your helicopter features four mounted DVD video recorders, three of them are strategically located outside and one inside the cabin. Your flight will be recorded and will showcase both what you will see as well as takes showing the passengers and pilot. You'll also get to hear the music played during the flight, the pilot's narration as well as the communication between your flight and airport tower.

A-Star - The Eurocopter AS350 is a single-engine light helicopter. With built-in maneuverability, super visibility and low vibration levels in the cabin, the AS350 has earned its reputation as a true multi-mission workforce.
