"The luau and food were great. Your staff not so much! Our server came over and made a scene at our table over non alcoholic drinks. Accused an almost 21 year old lad at our table of drinking an alcoholic drink when it was actually a virgin drink poured into a larger cup. Yelled, waved his finger in his face and refused to listen to our explanations. Took both that drink and his brothers and stormed off. Came back to apologize after his supervisor told him to but still wouldn't listen. Ridiculous! My husband was angry for the rest of the night. "

"The luau was moved indoors bc of weather and was most disappointing Really loses the whole feel when your in a building"

"The show and food was very good. However, there is way too much wait time. There is no sense in telling people to get there at 4:00pm. Getting there at 5pm is ample time since the dinner is not ready until 6pm. Also, the chairs are very uncomfortable."
