Activity Details

Your flight will take off from the Kahului Heliport and within a few minutes you'll be flying over the majestic sites of Haleakala, a 10,000+ foot dormant volcano which last erupted over 200 years ago, creating incredible craters that will remind you of the surface of the earth's moon and which is also larger than the city of Manhattan. You will then head down towards East Maui where you will fly through the Hana Rainforest and over waterfalls which cannot be seen from the road, not to mention times when you will be flying over the ocean and getting awesome views of black and red sand beaches, waterfalls, sea clifs and more! You will cross the valley to the West Maui Mountains and see first hand the Wall of Tears, Honokohau Falls and more... Your flight will be fully narrated by your experienced pilot and 4 cameras (3 outside and 1 inside the helicopter) will be capturing a real time film of your flight, which you'll get to star in (DVD available for purchase after your flight). This is definitely a "can't miss" opportunity!!

For obvious safety reasons it's very important that accurate weights be reported when making your reservations. Due to FAA regulations all passengers must be weighed at check-in. Those passengers weighing over 240 lbs or couples with combined weight over 420 lbs may be required to purchase a comfort seat.
