If you are coming to Maui with the expectation of winding down and relaxing from the time you set foot on our beautiful island paradise, a chauffeured ride to your hotel or condominium will be a perfect start to your Maui vacation! This awesome service includes a fresh lei greeting upon your arrival. Relax, enjoy the views, and leave the driving to your local Maui chauffeur. Airport transportation services are provided by Hawaii Executive Transportation, a locally owned and operated company, which has been serving Maui visitors and residents since 1990.

Vehicle Options & Maximum Passenger/luggage Capacity

 

 

  • Town & Country - 4 passengers without luggage or a maximum of 2 passengers with luggage** (4 pieces & 2 carry-on bag)
  • Stretch Limo - 10 passengers without luggage or a maximum of 4 passengers with luggage** (8 pieces & 4 carry-on bags). This service comes with a stocked bar (water, soda, rum, whiskey & vodka)
  • Expedition Limo - 14 passengers without luggage or a maximum of 10 passengers with luggage** (20 pieces & 10 carry-on bags). This service comes with a stocked bar (water, soda, rum, whiskey & vodka), 42" Flat Screen TV & Sound System (DVD & IPod/iPad hook up)


**Each passenger is allowed 2 pieces of luggage and 1 carry-on bag.  If you have a group that would fit in a vehicle without luggage, but would exceed the luggage capacity you will be required to pre-pay for a luggage van service, which would follow your vehicle. If your party requires a luggage van please call us at 808-214-1013 and our concierges will be happy to arrange your special service.

All services include a fresh flower lei greeting for each passenger.  Gratuity is included in the base rate. Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle at any time.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION & RESTRICTIONS

 

Additional charges apply for car seats, extra baggage fee (over 2 pieces per person), bikes, surfboards, pets/kennels, wait time, etc.  If you'll be bringing anything other than your luggage, we advise you to please contact your MauiActivities.Com concierge at 808-214-1013 before making your reservation.  We are open daily from 7:00 am until 7:00 pm H.S.T.

Luggage Vans - Rates start @ $62 (South Maui) and $105 (West Maui)

 

Boxes: $7.13 

 

Surfboard: $11.88 
Bike: $11.88 
Paddle Board/Windsurf: $26.14
 
Wait Time Policy:

 

Arrival Exclusive Service- Passengers will incur wait time fee's if the driver is made to wait more than 15 minutes after passengers have claimed baggage. Fee's will vary based on the vehicle type ordered and it's current hourly rate.

 

 
Departure  Exclusive Services- Passengers will incur wait time fee's if the driver is made to wait more than 15 minutes after the originally scheduled pick up time. Fee's will vary based on the vehicle type ordered and it's current hourly rate.
 
Chartered  Exclusive Services- Charter services are booked by the hour, the time starts at the scheduled pick up time and ends when driver is cleared by client. Overtime fee's will vary based on the vehicle type ordered and it's current hourly rate.

 

Hawaii Car Seat Law

 

Hawaii Car Seat Law requires that children under the age of 9 be properly restrained in a car or booster seat. Car seat rentals are available to you at $7 per seat. We suggest that you bring your own child seat but can provide one for you upon request and availability. Please also keep in mind installation and inspection of the car seat is the sole responsibility of the parent or guardian traveling with the minor.
