"We have attended three other luaus over the years. The check in procedure seemed to be one long line after another. One long line to check in, another to wait for the photo, another to enter and another to wait in the bar line. Perhaps 90 minutes standing in lines. We had no waiter support. It appeared all waiters were waiting on the customers who paid an upgrade fee. Overall the food was good except for the fish which resembled jerky. The worst fish that I have ever had. The show was excellent and worth the price of admission. "

"The show was great but the food was not as good as we had expected and the service was only average. We would probably not book this activity again"
