• ONLY YOUR CELL PHONE WILL BE ALLOWED ON BOARD.  NO OTHER CAMERA DEVICE WILL BE ALLOWED!  Air Maui will provide a lanyard case for passengers cell phone that will be attached to them during flight.
• Children must be at least 10 years of age.  An adult must accompany anyone 10-18 years old.
• No hats, bags or any loose items allowed.
• Must wear closed toed shoes.  No flip-flops or sandals.
• Long hair must be tied up at all times.
• Air Maui will provide each passenger a flight suit that will be required for all passengers to wear during flight.
• Cancellation policy:  No refunds or rescheduling within 48hrs of flight time.  For groups 12 or more 7 days notice is required.
• Flight routes and sights may vary due to weather conditions.
• Half hour prior check-in to all flights is required.
• Comfort seat charge for passengers weighing 230lbs or more or a combined weight of 400lbs.

SEATING DESCRIPTIONS:

All tables are arranged with 4 chairs facing forward. Tables on the sides of the room may add additional seating for a maximum of 6 guests.

Standard Seating: Tables start with 5th row and further from stage, and include side tables and raised seating tier, which offers a direct, unobstructed view of the stage and beautiful ocean sunset view.

VIP Seating: Tables are closest to stage, are escorted first to the buffet, include one free photo and one Drus Luau souvenir.

5:30 – 8:00 PM Doors/Bar Open
6:00 – 6:25 PM Torch lighting ceremony, Hawaiian Welcome, Lei & Imu ceremony
6:30 – 7:45 PM Dinner Buffett
6:45 – 7:20 PM Dinner entertainment w/live music, traditional LavaLava wear presentation, and Hula lesson
7:30 – 8:30 PM Polynesian revue with a 2-man knife/fire dance finale.

Doors Off Molokai

Meet at Maui's only heliport, at the Air Maui hangar in Kahului.  You will be welcomed by a friendly staff and receive personal check-in assistance.  Air Maui features some of Maui's most experienced pilots, with thousands of hours in flight time, and FAA-certified and factory-trained mechanics that inspect all components each day. You will feel safe and secure every step of the way.  Stop by their official retail shop where you can stock up on souvenirs as your flight is being prepared.

For obvious safety reasons it's very important that accurate weights be reported when making your reservations. Due to FAA regulations all passengers must be weighed at check-in. Those passengers weighing over 230 lbs or couples with combined weight over 400 lbs may be required to purchase a comfort seat.  If you have any questions regarding this rule please contact our reservation lines at 1-808-214-9910.
Passengers who grossly underestimate their weight may be subject to being bumped off the flight without any compensation or refund.  
Flight pattern cannot be guaranteed and is subject to change due to weather and done at captain's discretion. 

Front Seat Upgrade option:  There are two front seats on the A-STAR helicopter.  In order to purchase the upgrade the maximum combined weight for both passengers cannot exceed 380 lbs. This optional upgrade can only be purchased by 2 passengers and is not available for single seat purchases.

Self-parking is available free at the rear of the Hyatt Regency Maui. You may also take your car to the valet attendants at the lobby (must get parking ticket validated at luau check-in) for a $5 fee.
