Join the renown team of the Maui Drums of the Pacific Polynesian Luau at the Hyatt Regency Maui. A spectacular Tihati production, which will take you on a journey through the islands of Polynesia, complete with a traditional imu ceremony and the exotic flavors of native Hawaiian cuisine. The luau features authentic dances and music of the old Hawaii, Samoa, Fiji, New Zealand, Tahiti, Tonga, and Rarotonga in the hottest ;u'au show in the Islands. Choose between Hyatt luau standard or Hyatt luau preferred seating. 

Purchase one table for two and then add up to four more people to that table. If you have more than six in your party, purchase a second table for two and add additional people up to a total of six for that table... and so on.

  • An all-you-can-eat generous buffet including Kalua Pork, Huli Huli Chicken, Mahi Mahi, Ulupalakua Beef, Polynesian Rice, Vegetables Makamaka, Tropical Fruits Anuenue, Soba Noodles, Lomi Lomi Salmon, Pacific Ahi Poke, Tossed Green Salad, and Poi (taro).
  • Lavish dessert bar featuring Macadamia Nut Lu'au Cream Pie, Haupia with Toasted Coconut, Pineapple Cake and Bread Pudding. It's a great Hawaiian Lu'au Feast served throughout the first half of the show.
  • Open bar featuring beer, wine, mixed cocktails, mai tais, and fruit punch.

SEATING DESCRIPTIONS

All tables are arranged with 4 chairs facing forward. Tables on the sides of the room may add additional seating for a maximum of 6 guests.

Standard Seating: Tables start with 5th row and further from stage, and include side tables and raised seating tier, which offers a direct, unobstructed view of the stage and beautiful ocean sunset view.

VIP Seating: Tables are closest to stage, are escorted first to the buffet, include one free photo and one Drus Luau souvenir.

Additional Information

Self-parking is available free at the rear of the Hyatt Regency Maui. You may also take your car to the valet attendants at the lobby (must get parking ticket validated at luau check-in) for a $5 fee.
