Explore the south shore of Maui and Molokini on the Mahana Nai'a, a 58-foot twin hulled catamaran which will take a maximum of 50 snorkelers, although built to hold 68 passengers, so you'll be ensured the ultimate comfort and individualized attention. The Captain and crew are dedicated to making sure that everyone will have an experience to remember! You'll get to enjoy two snorkeling sites, which may include Molokini, Turtle Town, along Maui's south coast, the Kanaio Coastline, La Perouse Bay, and more!
Your tour will depart from the convenient Maalaea Harbor, the home of several giant sea turtles; you'll head straight out to the famous Molokini Crater, one of the world's most popular snorkeling and diving sites, boasting visibilities of up to 150 feet! While on your way to the crater you'll enjoy a continental style breakfast, and before arriving, you'll have the opportunity to join a special snorkeling briefing, which will describe your snorkeling sites and assist those who are beginner snorkelers or would like a refresher on the basics of this awesome activity. After exploring the crater you'll head out to Turtle Arches, where you'll be treated to a scrumptious deli-style lunch and once done in the water, relax while sipping on your favorite beverage.
Keep your eyes open for our year-around residents, the Hawaiian Sea Turtles, Hawaiian Bottle-nose & Spinner dolphins. If you're here between December and May, you'll even get the possible encounter with our yearly visitors, the Humpback Whales!
