The Maui Diamond II will take you for a fun, relaxing, and unforgettable adventure to explore Maui's famous Molokini Crater (certified divers only) and a second coral reef site on Maui's south or west coast. Your tour departs from Maalaea harbor in a small group setting and includes a continental style breakfast, a deli style lunch, drinks, and all gear.

Activity Details

Maui Diamond II offers a daily morning charter that is sure to have you experience a truly memorable diving and snorkeling experience. Whether you are an experienced diver or have never been scuba diving in the past, you're in for a treat! You'll explore two spectacular dive & snorkeling sites which are sure to showcase colorful coral reefs, all sorts of marine life and more! The crew of the Maui Diamond II loves to dive and will pass their "dive bug" to you after this awesome underwater adventure. All levels are welcome, even if you just want to snorkel. This is the perfect choice for groups of people with different interests or experience.

This tour departs from Maalaea Harbor. Certified divers are welcome seven days a week, while introductory divers may enjoy this charter on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays only. Those joining the charter for an introductory dive must participate in a "Discover Scuba Diving" class which will take place on the boat on your way to the first dive site.

Important Information:

 

  • All introductory divers are required to complete a Discover Scuba Medical Form. We recommend clicking on the link, printing the form, answering the questions and having it ready at check-in. It's important you be very honest with your answers. Scuba diving is a fun activity but has its risks and people with certain medical conditions should not participate in it. Those who fail to review the medical form and are deemed to be unfit for the activity due to a medical condition will not be able to participate in the dive and will not receive any refunds or compensation. Should you have any questions once reading the form, please contact our concierges at 808-214-1013 and we'll be happy to make any necessary clarifications.
  • Certified divers must present a valid Scuba Dive Certification Card upon check-in.  
  • All participants must also complete an Activity Liability Waiver form.

    Intro Divers get to snorkel at the first location (usually Molokini) and dive at the second location (usually Turtle Arches). Molokini crater is federally owned and is a state seabird sanctuary. Their rules do not allow for introductory divers or snuba divers. We apologize for any inconvenience.

    Dive & snorkel locations cannot be guaranteed.  Your dive master will select the locations based on current surfing & tide conditions as safety is the #1 concern. Provided weather permits, Molokini and Turtle Arches are your captain's and crew's first choices.
