Activity Details

Our cutting-edge Eco-Star and A-Star helicopters have seating for six people and provide 180-degree views.
Children under 24 months old are free to ride in the lap of an adult under FAA regulations.   Children older than 2 years old must pay a seat.

 

 

  • Departure/Check-in Location: Kahului Heliport, 1 Lelepio Place, Kahului, HI. Guests must check in approx. 45 minutes before the scheduled flight.  

  • Aircraft: Eco-Star (or A-Star) helicopters featuring panoramic windows, first-class-style seating, and noise-cancelling headsets.  

  • Group Size: Up to 6 passengers per flight for personalized experience.  

  • Inclusions: Flight, live pilot-guided narration, remote-landing refreshments, taxes, and fees. Noise-cancelling headsets and panoramic views included.  

  • Restrictions & Important Info:

     

    • Guests weighing 240 lbs (108 kg) or more must purchase a comfort seat (additional seat at 50% discount).  

    • Reflective or bright clothing discouraged (wear dark clothes to avoid reflections in windows) to improve view quality and photos.  

    • No scuba diving within 24 hours prior to the flight.  

    • Flight paths and specific sights may vary depending on weather or wind conditions.  

     

 

Additional Information

For the aircraft to be balanced securely, an adjacent, empty seat must be purchased for each passenger weighing 240 pounds or more.

The cost of a comfort seat is discounted by 50% off the standard tour cost.
Individual passengers must weigh no more than 240 lbs. and the combined weight of the front-row seats cannot exceed 470 lbs.

Visitors will be accommodated in other seats and the premium upgrade money refunded if real weights at check-in exceed any of these limits.


The front-row passengers must sit in their own seats and be able to keep their hands off the pilot and the instruments. The front row is not accessible for lap children.

 

 

  • Gratuity is not included in the tour price and is optional at the guest’s discretion.  

  • For the best weather and visibility, morning flights tend to offer clearer skies and calmer winds. Booking early in advance is recommended — especially during busy travel seasons.  

  • Photos and videos from the tour are available for purchase after the flight (subject to availability).
